We stayed at Mozart Apartments in Vienna, cute little studio apt, 3rd floor, in a non-descript building, close to buses and only a 15 min walk to downtown. Got groceries nearby, walked downtown, tickets for concert next night, then toured the Opera House, very cool.
The next day we enjoyed the art of Matisse and Derain at the Albertina Museum, and then went on a tour of Mozart's apartment when he lived in Vienna.
Lovely lunch at Bitzinger, picked up Lasagna for dinner and 1.89 Euro wine! and it was pretty good!
